"What does Xam'd seek?" - Madam Tenshin
Madam Tenshin is an old spiritual guide who lives aboard the postal ship, Zanbani. She helps Akiyuki Takehara and Raigyo Tsunomata with their Xam'd training.

- Her eyes almost always being closed might be due to a medical condition.
